At a condo or shared building, ask about visitor spaces and agree on where you will meet the groomer. For a private drive, tell us about gates, overhead restrictions, narrow entrances, or limited turning space where relevant. We must confirm the parking setup rather than assume the van will fit.
When choosing the service, describe how your dog’s coat looks now and the result you want. A reference photo can help explain face, ear, tail, and body-length preferences. The groomer will discuss what is practical for the coat’s condition and the brushing routine you can maintain.
