We may receive information you provide by phone or email, including your name, contact information, address or service area, and information about your pet and requested appointment.
Online booking
Online appointment scheduling is provided through MoeGo. Information entered into the booking system is handled under MoeGo’s own privacy practices and the choices presented during booking.
Website and advertising data
The website may use Google advertising and measurement technologies that collect device, browser, referral, and interaction information through cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser and Google advertising settings.
When a link to our site includes campaign labels (source, medium, campaign or content), we keep those labels in this tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes and include them when you continue to online booking. This helps connect a campaign visit with the booking journey. This storage does not include information entered about you or your pet; we do not create a campaign label for an untagged visit. If browser storage is unavailable, booking still works.
Maps and external services
Embedded maps, social networks, and other linked services may receive information when you interact with them. Their policies apply to those services.
When the Google reviews section comes into view, your browser connects to Google Maps Platform to retrieve the current rating and selected public reviews. Google may receive your IP address, browser information, and website origin. We do not save a separate permanent copy of these reviews. See the Google Privacy Policy.
